Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@salongoulart.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 256 Crawford Street, Toronto ON, M6J 2V8

A return shipping label will not be provided. To avoid this cost you may return the item to our Salon location above. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, some non-refundable items include:
Items on clearance
Limited edition collections
Nail polish or nail treatments
Hair extensions & accessories
Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You may also exchange the item at our location above. Exchanges must be requested prior & accepted before proceeding.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Subscriptions & Memberships Policy

Memberships are billed on a monthly basis and will auto-renew until cancelled. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period.

Memberships require a minimum 6-month commitment and cancellations are not permitted during the initial 6 months.

After the 6-month minimum has been completed, you may cancel your membership by emailing info@salongoulart.com. Please allow at least 7 days before your next billing date for cancellations to process. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time or services.

Included services are listed on the membership description at purchase. Unused services do not roll over and will expire at the end of each billing cycle.

Member benefits (e.g., discounts, early access, bring-a-friend pass) are listed on the membership page. Perks are valid only while the membership is active and in good standing.

Membership fees are non-refundable once charged. Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the enrolled client.
